Getting to know Oaxaca through its ingredients

At Obispo we create experiences devoted to exploring some of the knowledge that is part of our research: herbalism, entomophagy, mezcal and rural cooking.

We have a bar dedicated to experiences, where we share these ingredients, their stories, uses and possibilities in gastronomy.

The experiences take place at set times and with special menus, designed to discover this knowledge in a close, gastronomic and different way.

A table to discover, taste and rediscover Oaxaca.

Tuesday to Saturday, starting at 12:00, 15:00 and 17:30. Each seating is for a single group.
